By using Plysh, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What Plysh Is

Plysh is a communication tool for discussing consent, boundaries, and sexual health between partners. It is not a substitute for direct verbal communication. The app facilitates conversations — it does not replace them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Plysh. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Plysh for its intended purpose: honest communication about consent and boundaries. You will not:

• Misrepresent your consent preferences to deceive a partner
• Use the app to harass, stalk, or intimidate others
• Share another user's consent data or health information without their permission
• Create accounts for the purpose of spam or abuse
• Attempt to access another user's data through any means

5. Consent Is Ongoing

Important: Setting a preference to "Yes" in Plysh does not constitute legal consent to any activity. Consent is an ongoing, real-time process between people. Plysh preferences are a starting point for conversation, not a binding agreement. Any partner can change their mind at any time, regardless of what is recorded in the app.

6. Health Information

STD test results you upload are shared only with partners you choose. Plysh does not verify the accuracy of uploaded test results. Partners should independently verify health information when making personal health decisions.

7. Party Mode & NDAs

The NDA feature within Party Mode is a social agreement between participants. Plysh does not provide legal advice and cannot enforce NDA terms. Consult a legal professional for binding agreements.

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide. By using the app, you grant Plysh a limited license to store and transmit your data as needed to provide the service.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

10. Disclaimers

Plysh is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service reliable and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
